Dr. Kénel Délusca is an agronomist engineer by training and holds a Ph.D. in climatology from Unversité de Montréal, Canada. Kénel has more than 15 years of experience working on climate change related issues, notably in the sectors of agriculture and water resources in several regions of the world. He was one of the Lead authors of the IPCC Special Report on Climate Change and Land. He served as expert reviewer of the small islands chapter for the IPCC WGII contribution to the sixth assessment report. He is the IPCC national focal point in Haiti and chair of the Least Developed Countries Expert Group (LEG).
