The session will provide complementary support to the NAP writing support of the LEG and offer practical guidance in applying earth observations in adaptation projects in agriculture and food security. It will provide deeper insights into the tools and information products available under the GEOGLAM initiative on the near-real-time state and changes in agricultural production at the national, regional and global scales. GEOGLAM decision-ready products support the development of early warning systems in agriculture that can be integrated into NAPs. The session will therefore equip countries and relevant delivery partners with additional information to strengthen project proposals in agriculture and food security.
