Ms. Ezra Christopher is a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant with the Department of Environment (DOE) within the Ministry of Health, Wellness and The Environment in Antigua and Barbuda. She is responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of project M&E activities within the department—which is the National Designated Entity and an Accredited Entity to the Green Climate Fund. Prior to joining the DOE, for more than 7 years, she worked as a strategic communications professional supporting the needs of government agencies, non-profit organizations and private companies. She is a graduate from the City College of New York’s Public Service Management Program from which she earned a Master in Public Administration. Ms. Christopher is a 2011-2012 New York Life Fellow of the Colin Powell Program in Leadership and Public Service (now the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership) at the City College of New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in Political Science and Journalism.
