Binita Bhattarai Ms. Binita Bhattarai is an officer of Government of Nepal. Presently she is working in Ministry of Science,Tecnology and Environment . She is Graduate of Management from Trivuwan University, Nepal. She has been serving in MoSTE since last year. Her responsibilities basically consists of assisting in making plans and strategies and preparation of Budget in accordance with the plans of Ministry as well as Monitoring and Evaluation of various plans and programs.
