This session will explore ideas on how scenarios can be best developed and applied at the national and local levels, including how the complex socio-environment-economic connections with climate change can best be represented such as by using systems analysis methods. A potential outcome of these discussions will strengthening of a community of experts from each country responsible for assessments that can continue to work together to advance understanding and application of scenarios in NAPs, in addition to important elements to consider in developing future scenarios.
