Tahontan Bamali I am Mr. BAMALI Tahontan: Climatologist, specialist in environment management and for climate change issues. Involved in the implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate changes process since 1998 in Togo, I have been the national expert who produced the assessment report of the implementation of the UNFCCC process in Togo in the context of National Capacity Self-Assessment (NCSA) for the management of the global environment, consultant for the production of the second national communication project document of Togo, coordinator of self-assessment of the second national communication and preparation of the Third National Communication project document, expert for the inventory of greenhouse gas emissions in the Industrial Processes sector for the second and the third national communications. Currently I am the National NAP Focal Point and the Technical Secretary of the NAP process in charge of coordinating the integration of adaptation to climate change in planning and budgeting process in Togo.
