Karma Toeb Current post: Chief Glaciologist, Department of Geology and Mines, Bhutan. He also serves as the Head of Division, Division of Glaciology under the same department.
Past Experiences:
1. Served as Team Leader in the field for glacial lake mitigation project in Bhutan (first NAPA project) for 4 years (2008-2012)
2. Was also involved in a similar project from 1996-1998 in Bhutan for a different glacial lake.
3. Served as a geologist for the same department before moving to Glaciology Division in 2001.
