Introduction
Many countries have initiated the NAP formulation, and some have completed the process and put into action. Due to the unique features of NAP such as a wide range, various stakeholders, long-term perspective and uncertainty, it is quite challenging to establish and implement the NAP with a strong drive.
This session will share the speakers’ experience on institutional arrangements and support for the NAP, and discuss what would the enabling environment be for the NAP.
