Tosi Mpanu Mpanu Tosi Mpanu Mpanu sits on the Board of the Green Climate Fund and on the Governing Board of the African Risk Capacity Agency. As a delegate of the Democratic Republic of Congo, he has attended all UN Climate Conferences since 2007. He served as Chair of the African Group of Negotiators in the UNFCCC process from January 2010 until COP17 in December 2011, in Durban, South Africa. Since January 2016, he is the Chair of the LDC Group.
