Demonstrated ability to lead policy dialogue with senior government and development stakeholders in a broad range of client countries, from African fragile states to EU members. Strong operations track record in managing complex lending and advisory portfolios and programs.

Recognized as a strategic leader, excellent people manager, change agent and passionate communicator who is able to rally people behind ideas and to lead multicultural teams in developing and delivering innovative development solutions.

Mr. Repnik is currently Managing Director at United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) Global Mechanism, leading team to support countries translating the Convention into action.

The Global Mechanism is providing advisory services, promoting partnerships and demonstrating innovation at country level in three areas: (i) Land Degradation Neutrality action; (ii) Land economics and private sector; and (iii) Land, resilience and security.
