Claudius Caezar Gabinete Mr. Claudius Caezar Gabinete recently joined the FAO Representation in the Philippines as a Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Specialist. Previously, he held consultancy positions as a climate change specialist in Asian Development Bank and in Waterlinks for a USAID funded initiative. He was also a research associate at Asian Institute of Technology where he helped in implementing a 3-year regional research project funded by BMUB IKI.
