Fred Kossam Mr. Fred Kossam is the Head of Climate Change and Research Services at the Ministry of Environment and Meteorological Services in Malawi. He has played an instrumental role in the development of the climate change programme in several governmental institutions of his country. As part of his duties he also leads the national technical team on NAP. Fred is a negotiator for Malawi in the intergovernmental process on climate change under the UNFCCC and specializes on adaptation issues.
He received training from the University of Reading in Climate Change Science.
