Vositha Wijenayake is Policy and Advocacy Coordinator for Climate Action Network South Asia, and Regional Facilitator for Asia for Southern Voices on Adaptation. which focuses on ensuring that adaptation policies are pro-poor, pro-vulnerable and participatory. She is a lawyer specialising international environmental law and international human rights law. Ms Wijenayake has an LLM in Public International Law from University College London, and an LLB from from Queen Mary University of London. She cochairs the Legal Working Group of CAN International. Her areas of focus include climate change adaptation, gender, food security and good governance.
