Minpeng Chen Prof. Chen began to act as the co-chair of UNFCCC Adaptation Committee in March 2016. She is also the negotiator of the Chinese delegation responsible for issues relating to adaptation, loss and damage and agriculture. She has more than 15 years’ working experiences in the fields of climate change and agriculture, and has undertaken many policy consulting services in the areas of environment and agriculture for various stakeholders in China, the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Environment Programme, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) since 2002.
