Nikki has many years of experience working in climate change adaptation and international development. She brings expertise in monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and knowledge mobilization. She is currently a Science Planning Officer with Canada’s Building Regional Adaptation Capacity and Expertise (BRACE) program, an $18 million strategic investment under the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change led by Natural Resources Canada’s Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation Division. She has experience working with a range of stakeholders in low- and middle-income countries through her work with Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC), the Think Tank Initiative, Sustainable Cities International, La Siembra Co-operative, and the World Green Building Council.
