Jandira Narciso Miss Jandira Narciso is a Technical Officer at the Ministry of Environment of Angola, at the Cabinet of Climate Change since 2017.
In April 2018, in Saly-Senegal, she was trained as a Junior Negotiator at the ECBI’S (European Capacity Building Initiative) Regional Training and Support Programme.
In May 2018, in Bonn-Germany, she participated for the first time as a Junior Negotiator at the forty-eight Session of UNFCCC Subsidiary Body (SB48).
Miss Jandira Narciso holds a BSc in Geology from Royal Holloway University of London, in London.
