Benon Yassin Benon Bibbu Yassin, a member of the LEG since 2012, is a Deputy Director of Environmental Affairs responsible for Environmental Planning, Monitoring and Research in the Malawi Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining. He is attached to the Environment Affairs Department coordinates national environmental planning, budgeting processes and implementation of biodiversity programmes in Malawi. Benon Bibbu Yassin also participates in Reviews for Annex 1 National Inventory Reports, National Communications and Biennial Reports under the UNFCCC and the Kyoto protocol.
