Fernando Tavares Caniua Mr. Tavares is the technical officer at the Ministry of Land, Environment and Rural Development since 1997. National Focal Point of Sustainable Management of Inland Wetlands in Southern Africa: A Livelihoods and Ecosystems Approach from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Tavares was Head of Department of Natural Resources Conservation in the Ministry from 2010 to 2012 and National Project Manager of Adaptation to Climate Changes in the Coastal Zone of Mozambique project from 2013 to 2016.
