Patrick Mugabo Patrick Mugabo joined Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA) in 2011 and serves as Climate Change Adaptation Officer. He has been involved in various adaptation activities including the preparation of Rwanda’s baseline assessment of climate change vulnerability, NDCs and the 3rd National Communication. Currently, he is part of the team working on the preliminaries for the NAP process in Rwanda.
