Mr. N’goma has vast experience in stakeholder mobilization and engagement at community, district and national level. He has vast experience in environmental and natural resources assessments and management including conducting needs assessments, environmental and social impact assessments, environmental and social management plans, environmental and social audits, resettlement policy frameworks and resettlement action plans. He was directly involved in a number of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments and audit studies where he was responsible for technical analysis on environmental management and climate change issues, conducting public consultations, baseline surveys which include biophysical and socioeconomic aspects, collecting, compiling and analyzing data on biological resources and other environmental issues and identifying impacts of the projects on the biophysical environment. He was also responsible for preparing the environmental and social management and monitoring plans (ESMPs) and provided insights on legislations that addressed forest and environmental issues.
