Raju Babu Pudasaini Raju Babu Pudasaini, Under Secretary of the Ministry of Population and Environment (MoPE) Nepal, is the chief of the Sustainable Development and Adaptation Section in the ministry. He has worked as one of the National Project Managers for Nepal’s Mainstreaming Climate Change Risk Management in Development (MCCRMD) Component 3: Output 2 “Knowledge management tools are developed and applied”. He is also working as the National Focal Point for IPBES, SWITCH Asia EU, UNEP 10 YFP and Sustainable Consumption and Production.
