Nguyen Van Huy Nguyen Van Huy is the Director of the Division of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, Department of Climate Change, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Vietnam. His career is built upon environmental economics and climate change policy. His current work now focuses on development and implementation of new mechanism for responding to climate change in Vietnam.
