Chang Hwan Lee Chang Hwan Lee is the Deputy director of Environmental Cooperation Division in Ministry of Environment which is in charge of national adaptation policies in the Republic of Korea. He has built his career in Environment working for environmental organizations including the Korean Environment Cooperation. He holds master degree in Earth Environmental Science from Seoul National University.
