Synopsis: The session will discuss how the processes behind the NAPs and national DRR strategies are assisting the countries in converging disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in their sustainable development. The session will also elucidate the Sendai Framework indicators and targets as part of the Sendai Framework monitoring that will support countries in unpacking the linkages of DRR, SDGs and climate change adaptation.
