Parallel session 11D: Open NAPs at subnational, national as well as regional to global levels (NAP Technical Working Group, UNEP, ODI)

Synopsis: This session will further explore how the Open NAPs can be implemented at multiple levels from the local/subnational to the regional and even global levels, as well over different spatial and temporal scales. This discussion is open-ended and will explore how the Open NAPs can be used to promote innovative thinking about adaptation planning, building on news avenues for collaboration.
